Two browser journeys
The information site provides market lessons, the price-action course and a risk calculator without requiring a reading account. Account operations belong to the client platform. Sign in opens https://trade.capitextrading.com/login and Sign up opens https://trade.capitextrading.com/register. Check the domain in the address bar before entering information, particularly when arriving from a message or search result.
Prepare your workspace
An updated browser, a stable connection and a suitably sized screen make information easier to inspect. Keep the instrument name and timeframe visible when reviewing a chart. With several tabs open, check each title so that analysis of one symbol is not confused with an order for another. Adjust browser zoom for readable text, not to hide warnings or form fields.
Read on-screen prices correctly
The last traded price is not identical to an executable buy or sell quote. Before comparing the ticker with a platform, check the source, update time, contract type and currency. Differences may arise from delayed data, spreads or different instruments. Similar names for a cash index, a futures contract and a CFD do not imply identical pricing or mechanics.
Before confirming an order
On any platform you use, separately reread the symbol, direction, units, order type and time in force. The entry, invalidation point and estimated costs should agree with your written plan. A lot count without its contract multiplier says too little about risk. If a field is unclear, consult the relevant provider’s documentation before confirming rather than interpreting it from its position on screen.
When order status is unclear
If a connection drops or a response is delayed, repeated clicks may create additional requests. Once connected, inspect orders and open positions in the service itself. Record the event time, error text and order reference; an educational image or a moving ticker does not establish that your order executed. Follow up a status discrepancy through the account service’s support process.
Secure access and ending a session
Do not send passwords, one-time codes or recovery codes through messaging services. On a shared device, decline password saving and sign out when finished. HTTPS concerns encrypted transport and does not by itself establish a business’s legitimacy. Do not dismiss a certificate warning or an unexpected domain; first check the address and where the link came from.
Troubleshooting and product documentation
For a useful report, prepare the page address, browser, time, steps and expected outcome. First distinguish a display problem from the actual account state. Browser support, available order types, fees and account restrictions require the service’s documentation. This guide explains an organised browser workflow; it is not a catalogue of independently verified platform features or a promise about availability.
