Copying, republication and extraction by people, bots or AI agents are prohibited without prior written permission, except for the express permissions below and mandatory legal rights or exceptions.
1. Scope
These terms govern the CAPITEX Trading information and education website. Continued use signifies acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. Stop using the website if you disagree. These terms are not an account-opening, execution, custody or deposit agreement. External services are governed by their own provider agreements.
2. Educational purpose
Articles, examples and diagrams provide general education and do not assess your finances, experience or objectives. They are not personalised investment recommendations, profit guarantees or promises to prevent loss. Calculations and conceptual artwork are hypothetical rather than live prices or account results unless expressly identified otherwise. Check instrument specifications, costs and risks before trading.
3. Accuracy and availability
We seek to provide clear information, but errors, omissions and delays may occur. Prices, product terms and regulations can change. Continuous availability, compatibility with every device and immediate correction of every error are not guaranteed. Content may be revised, suspended or removed. The date of these terms does not certify that all market information is current.
4. Intellectual property and reading permission
Protectable rights in the name, logo, design, selection, arrangement and original content are reserved to CAPITEX Trading or the relevant rights holders, as applicable. Third-party rights remain with their owners. Some images are AI-assisted or AI-generated; protection depends on applicable law. No exclusive ownership of facts, ideas or third-party rights is asserted. Personal on-site reading, technically necessary browser caching and personal practice with files expressly offered for download are permitted within those purposes only.
5. No copying by humans or AI agents
Without prior written permission from the rights holder, copying, reproduction, republication, translation for publication, sale, distribution, reconstruction of content collections, bulk text or image extraction and derivative use of protected material are prohibited. This applies equally to individuals, organisations, contractors, bots, crawlers, AI agents and automated systems. Attribution or a source link alone is not republication permission. Removing, obscuring or changing logos, watermarks or rights information for unauthorised use is prohibited.
6. Mining and machine learning
To the extent permitted by law, rights for text and data mining, dataset collection, model training or fine-tuning, commercial model evaluation and retrieval or answer databases based on this content are expressly reserved. Such machine use requires prior written permission. Public URLs, technical access or the absence of a robots.txt restriction do not grant that permission. Non-waivable statutory rights and exceptions are unaffected.
7. Links, previews and statutory rights
Sharing direct page links is permitted. Ordinary display of the site-designated title, description and image in link previews in messaging services and search results, including the limited technical processing needed for them, is permitted. This does not permit full-text republication, warehousing content for other uses or model training. Mandatory exceptions that cannot lawfully be waived remain available. Other uses require specific written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Disruption, bypassing access restrictions, impersonation, malicious code, unauthorised data collection and excessive infrastructure load are prohibited. A public page does not authorise penetration testing or access to private areas. Abusive access may be restricted and proportionate legal remedies pursued within applicable law.
9. Third parties
External links, account platforms and widgets such as TradingView have independent terms, privacy rules and rights. Market data may be delayed. A link or mark does not establish endorsement, agency or a service guarantee. Permission to read this website does not license extraction or redistribution of third-party data.
10. Privacy and enquiries
See the privacy page for data-handling information. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery phrases or other sensitive account information in public enquiries. Correction or permission requests should use the official channel published on the contact page. Silence or the absence of an active contact channel does not grant copying permission.
11. Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for sole reliance on general content, access interruption and indirect losses is limited. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud where applicable. The governing law and competent forum are determined under applicable legal rules; mandatory rights and conflict-of-law rules remain unaffected.
12. Changes and severability
Revised terms will appear here with an updated date and apply to subsequent use as permitted by law, not automatically retroactively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent permitted. A translation does not alter mandatory rights in the user’s jurisdiction.
